Well, I planned to post a nice list of food today but.....instead..... I ate a fly. Yep, a fly! Ickkkk! Walked out the door this morning, protein drink in hand, big yawn, zip, gulp. Lil *******! Disgusting! Cough. Gag. Then I couldn't handle much food because it kept grossing me out when I thought about it. I blame the DS because I have to get up 30 minutes early to make time for my poo in the mornings, hence the big yawn.
Hmmm, I wonder how much protein I should track for that. And, thinking back, it didn't give me gas. Ha! Yuck! Yuck! Yuck!

That's hilarious. I don't imagine the whole fly weighs much more than a gram or two but it's got to be pretty much 100% protein!
