I ate jelly beans for lunch today - I'm gonna die.  Someone brought them in at work and I was just gonna have one or two, but it was more like 9 or 10!!  I'm gonna die tonight!! :-S

Funny thing is I don't think I even tried jelly beans as a teenager as I was a chewing gum addict and just wasn't interested.  Sadly I can no longer have sugar free gum, which happened preDS... I believe in life time quotas for things like artificial sweetener and I reached mine many years ago!! :-(

That or a colonic. It's been quite a few hours and apart from a little bloating I'm OK. If it's not too hot on Saturday I may bake a banana loaf made with Splenda and almond flour as I need some sensible naughty stuff to eat.

Thanks for posting these everyday!  Gives me a great idea of what to look forward to in the future.  :)  Just wish some who were "fresh" out of surgery would post too!

Awww....you're welcome. I wish they would post too. If I remember some of my early post-op days they still leaned towards protein shakes but also, sugar free pudding, Laughing Cow Babybel cheese, shrimp ****tail, egg salads or deviled eggs, shrimp scampi without pasta, chicken salad, and an occasional ribeye steak...maybe 2-3 oz.

OK.....I have officially been 'bad' today....oatmeal raisin cookie....really need to trash these when I get home tonight!  They are my gateway 'drug'.  Why did I ever bring them into the house.....???
