About 85gm but have since eaten 2 pieces of cheese. That's about the limit of protein i can eat.

The carb things is a frustration. The women are told they can have about 200carbs a day and then we wonder why their blood sugars are so bad. Plus a lot of these women are poor and just don't have access to sufficient protein foods,

howdy. no eggs. no gas. i don't get it. why is this just starting to happend now?

Hmm....interesting but frustrating I'm sure.  Maybe give it a couple of weeks and try eggs again?

THURSDAYYYY

 

BITES

M1 Protein shake with almond milk

M2 4 egg whites made with coconut oil (Takes about 4 hours to eat)

M3 4 oz. chicken breast 1/2 cup of broccoli (Takes 3 hours to eat

M4 2 oz. Tuna and 8 almonds

M5 3 egg whites

MACRO BREAK DOWN FOR THE DAY Protein=105, Carbs= 25, Fat= 40

*my protein has been about 110-150 does that seem a little low?  My calories have been averaging about 850-950 a day with carbs around 30 g and fat around 40-50g.  I feel good but should I add an additional shake in??*

VITES

Multi vitamin, calcium, biotin, zinc

*I am 6 days away from plastics so I have stopped taking Omega 3, flaxseed and Vitamin E.  I have been getting Iron transfusions as well as high doses of Vitamin D to get my levels up for surgery

EXERCITES

Wow...that does not seem like alot of food to me...especially with all of the exercising you do.  I am not being judgemental, I am more curious because I eat ALOT more than that at 7 months out & you are 3 years out and only eat about 1/3 to 1/2 of what I do.  I am wondering if I am eating too much?  I am still losing but much more slowly now, which I expected.

Well...good luck with the surgery....I'll be very interested in your progress since I am thinking about a tummy tuck & arm surgery in the next year or 2....after I reach goal & stay there a bit.

I think a protein shake would be a good idea as you're getting ready for plastics. Vitalady has said the things that take the biggest hits after plastics are iron and protein and you need to increase the protein to help the healing process.
