D - fish nuggets and tossed salad

Bleh - I understand why folk don't like their protein shakes... I won't go so far as to say I don't like them, but they don't excite - now carbs well that's more interesting!!  Forbidden fruit anyone?? ;-)

LOL - you're too funny!! :-D  I'm happy doing 2 or 3 30g protein shakes a day but 4 I find a little barftastic - you know, you can have too much of a good thing ya know.  My protein levels are rockin' though - I got 49 and the top of the range 50 (I don't know of hand if that's pre-albumin or what as I don't have the figures here, but I remember the number was good).

OK....I broke down and had pretzels today...YIKES!  There was only 1 gram of sugar....are they really that bad for us?  So far no ill-effects....I guess I'll know more later!

Spent my day in clinic talk carbs to pregnant diabetic patients....not much success
