Need Info for new primary care doc!

I am seeing a new primary care doc this afternoon, I want to make sure she is educated regarding my labs. My last doc would only do the basic labs no matter what i said. I would like to go in there with an actual list of labs that need to be monitored.

You can get them off of Vitalady's website, vitalady.com.  I, myself will aucturally be copying and doing this very thing in a few days to give to my pcp so I can get my first lab work drawn....

I looked around on her website - lots of great info, but I cannot find the list you mentioned. I probably just missed it. Can you either link it or tell me how to find it? Thanks for sharing!

I looked and couldnt find it either.  I know it used to be there.  I did a search on this site and this is what I came up with.
