The vampire did a really good job this morning--1 stick, 18 tubes, correctly labeled and sorted, and no bruise left behind.

I really like Alfredo sauce over chicken or turkey. Nice and low in carbs and tasty. Great job today!

well yesterday i still got gas even though i didn't eat any eggs.  think the poptart did me in.  so, today i tried eating the hard boiled egg later on in the day.  like with my lunch.  well, no gas.  crazy eh?  going to take your suggestion gina, and double up on my probiotics.  think i should double up on all 3 daily doses?

I thought I said reduce your probiotic. Maybe too much of a good thing or a bacterial overgrowth. Sounds like your case may be timing. Save the eggs to later in the day and no white carbs until very late in the day.  ; )

IKWYM. It scared me this time. I stopped my vitamins all day and the evening before..I could get used to that. Not a good way for a DSr to think.
