Boo - my skin's still bad, but I have a micro dermabrasion kit on its way to me, so I'm hopeful for that - I'm trying to avoid getting an acid peel!! ;-D

Hi all -

I ate way to many SF lifesavers yesterday and am paying the price... it's ouchy to even sit and I'm in meetings all frickin' day!

Bites:

B - Coffee/cream; Fage Greek yogurt w/slivered almonds
S - mixed nuts
L - butter lettuce, orange pepper, cuke and low fat salsa ranch dressing; 4 oz grilled beef w/mushrooms
S - chicken and cream cheese roll ups
D - TBD
S - cheese and protein shake

Vites: I'm on it!

Cites: not today - too many meetings and working late... AGAIN! Ugh.

Hi Gina,
Heavy rain during the night, now hot and humid. We're going not a hot dry period.
I'm trying to identify what's causing my night time bathroom issues. The only thing I'm doing different is the raw veggies, so I think I'll stop that for awhile and see what happens

I know you'll be enjoying your pool time. I think we stay in the mid eighties next week. I think is was 110 last year this time. 

Raw veggies ensure "if you poo you lose".
