hi gail - responding to how  hubs made meatloaf on the grill.  he used the grill like the oven inside your house.  shaped meatloaf, put in a metal 8x8 pan lined w/heavy duty foil and sprayed w/non stick cooking spray.  one side of the grill was lit to medium heat (thermometer read 375) the other side of the grill he left the burners off.  put loaf on the cold side.  after 45 mins, he poked a instant read thermometer in the meat.  when it registered 160 he took it off the grill and let sit for 10 minutes before cutting.

  • genius that man of mine.

How about adding some probiotics? Eggs are the perfect food except for the gas.

It could be a little bacteria overgrowth. How about only take 2 probiotics a day or less and see what happens.

Good evening,
Bites:
B: protein shake with mixed frozen berries ( not my favorite and they are all gone)
S: protein bar
L: Chinese food, mostly sweet and sour pork, not a lot
S: ice cream - banana split from dairy queen
D: spaghetti squash with homemade meatballs
S: 2 small pieces of cheese cake, cheezies ( not to many)
Vites: all in and headed for bed
Exercites: nothing today

Lots of side pain, probably from sugar. So off to bed I go. I hope to feel better tomorrow.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

This sounds like you're on the high carb/low carb day diet you mentioned before, right?
