S - Pork jerky
L - butter lettuce, cucumber, orange pepper, low fat salsa ranch dressing; 4 oz ground beef and mushrooms
S - mixed nuts
D - chicken liver, green beans and half ear of corn
S - cheese and a protein shake
Vites: done!
Cites: 45 minutes elliptical and weight lifting
Everything but the liver sounds really good! ; )

Scale is slowly inching down...finally. I'm so impatient.
