B - coffee/cream; 1 cup low fat cottage cheese with slivered almonds
S - Pork jerky
L -  butter lettuce, cucumber, orange pepper, low fat salsa ranch dressing; 4 oz ground beef and mushrooms
S - mixed nuts
D - chicken liver, green beans and half ear of corn
S - cheese and a protein shake

Hi Gina,
Start of another work week but I feel much better than last week
Scale is slowly inching down...finally. I'm so impatient.

B: bacon, protein shake
L: turkey and Swiss on 1 slice WW bread, 2 pickles, carrots with ranch dressing
S: adkin's bar
D: meatloaf, 1/2 small baked potato, cucumber slices and baby carrots with ranch dressing
S: plan protein shake
