longhorn steakhouse for early dinner:

firecracker chicken

lettuce/tomato w/avacado dressing

watermelon margarita

2 caramels

double protein iced coffee

1/2 blueberry muffin

double protein iced coffee

sunflower seeds

vites:  all in

fluids:  75oz???
