2nd B - bacon, egg and protein coffee (30g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries
L - chef salad
S - peanuts
S - JayRobb protein bar
D - pulled pork BBQ, cornbead w/butter and coleslaw
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: started  

EXERCITES:
none...maybe some housework. I need to hit the walls and glass surfaces that are about 2 - 3' high.

What a long day!!  I helped out with the company fun day - very tiring, but lots of fun at the same time.  The weather held out for us (well it rained a couple of times for about a minute at a time and we soon dried off).  They had a BBQ and sausages seemed the quick and easy choice.

E 15 minute and on feet all day 11,000 steps  gotta get back in the swing of exercise!!

Hi Gina,
We have heavy rain predicted for tomorrow...AGAIN....Grrrrr. This is cutting into my pool time.
Your dinner sounds great, again.

D: chicken n dumplings, birthday cake. (DD's birthday dinner)

V: one batch left but may have to forgo because stomach is acting up
