Recommended - 6 wk to life >Post-Op Surgery Recipes/Cookbooks ?

Yes, we all have our Drs general guidelines. But I wonder of all the books out there - what basically: 6 weeks to life post-op recipe/cookbooks do you recommend.  Some I found on amazon.com were really old like 2004 - so feel like it for sure needs to be fairly current and of course no matter what it says or recipes follow it within your Drs guidelines - but just need more ideas. So I can start finding some things I can make for my family when possible.

After you've reached solid food point...rule is protein first, fat, and last of all carbs...so any Atkin's TYPE cookbook will work.

My surgeon says LOW fat but that is RNY thinking. I have to have a good amount of fat daily or I get constipated...and I am for about 120-150 grams of fat daily.

This is one of the best sites for great recipes, for normies or DS.  I've used many from there and everyone has been great.
