Celebrate Bariatric Supplements... reviews?

I am gearing up to have my DS surgery in September and my doctor recommended that I lock down my vitamins before surgery so now I'm just trying to find out which ones are the best.  I came across Celebrate brand and their web site was very easy to use and they seem to be the place I can get it all.  Does any one take their products now, how do they work?

I'm still pre-op but celebrate is what my surgeon's office sells to patients so I would guess it is not a bad choice.

All in one ADEK's are really a waste of money.  None of them have the amounts that we need.  And then, after getting labs done at 3,6, 9 and 12 months...how are you going to adjust the amount of D or A or anything else.  It is much more optimal for DSers to take individual DRY vitamins.  What is typically recommended is the biotech or vitalady 25,000 unit dry A, 50,000 unit dry d3, 400u dry E and 1000u dry K1.  You can get them on Amazon as well.

I take the Multi ADEK, calcium,  the sublingual Vitamin D, and the sublingual B-12 from Celebrate, and I've had great labs consistently.  I changed to Vitalady's iron supplements because she has more variety.  My surgeon's office doesn't sell any vitamins, but Celebrate is the brand they recommended and I've been happy with them so far.  

You're 7 months out.  You are no where near being able to say you have great labs.  You are still living off your bodys stores.  Stay on the ADEK and you will tank.  We see it all the time.  You would do yourself a great service to finish off what you have and then switch to the individual dry A, D3, E and K.  Then you will have more control over increasing or decreasing doses based on your labs.

They are about as effective as a double-dose of Centrum, but MUCH more expensive, and not nearly all that your body needs.  You need to add to Celebrate multi's some extra calcium citrate, Dry A, Dry D, Dry K, Dry E, B12, zinc, iron, and copper....at least, maybe more than that, but your labs will guide you.
