Does anyone know if the following are acceptable?

*Nature Made Chewable Vitamin D

*EcoDrink Daily Multivitamin powder

Am curious if the ADEK in the drinkable supplement, I know its not the correct RDA for me, is going to be absorbed?

We need to know the doses of those you listed. Just about anything we ingest is going to be malabsorbed to some extent. You might also want to see if you can find some of your vitamins in sublingual dots. You can melt them under your tongue and absorb some that way.

What are your labs for your D3 now?  Chances are if they aren't already up between 80-120, you'll need 50k iu of Dry D3, that may be a lot of chewables.

I had a problem with chewable vitamins due to the sorbitol.
