Take a break from the protein shakes and especially the banana.  Sometimes taking a break from the shakes will recharge your taste buds and your stomach. The banana may be just to high in sugar and adds to the texture issue.

I had a Latte from Starbucks Breve (with Half and Half) to keep the carbs down, however that increased my calorie and fat count.  No exercise (rest day), and 15 mg of Calcium... Waiting on my new ADEKS to come in.

I wish I had my protein in. I see that when I'm in the "lose wt." mode that I don't eat enough. My protein drink helps so much.



I don't see how everyone gets all their meals on here so quick. It's noon here and I'm just now getting going. Not feeling well. I think it's my iron. Anyway, so far I've had couple of peanuts and a few sips of coffee. And 2 vitamin batches. I only have 3 batches left since I'm still waiting on my vitamins.



And this birthday cake my husband was supposed to take to work, so I wouldn't eat it, has been staring at me all day!



I've lost 7 lbs and seem to be stuck there. I'm really ok with where I'm at I just want to have a little more off so I can have a few lbs to play around with once I start back to work. I know exercise would get the rest off but I'm just feeling too exhausted. I'll see dr tomorrow.



If I have any energy left at the end of the day I'll post what I've had today. I usually don't plan it out. But I usually go pretty close to what I've done the previous days. Supper may be a little different though.
