Way to much snacking during the day...must get control!!


BITES: (DS Maintenance Mode)
B - 2 protein coffees (60g)
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and another protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
S - popcorn
D - taco salad
S - CarbSmart ice cream

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done 
iron: done
evening batch: starting after dinner

walking

Re-introduced Greek yogurt and suspect that helped me have a good night's sleep last night BM-wise (that was an issue preDS too for anyone wondering).  I'm good with 60g from shakes if the Greek yogurt works its magic (we'll see tonight).  I'd rather save probiotics 'til I really need them as I've read about them having adverse effects with some folk.

Yes...I would love for you to look at my labs!  I could not get the darn excel file to post properly.  How do I email you?  I tried to 'friend' you so I could send a PM, but I could not get to your profile. 

This is what I tried to post:

OK, I am on the DS prepackaged Vitalady plan...except I take 150,000 IUs of Vitamin A per day because I was low after my 3-mth labs.  Please review the following results & let me know your suggestions....I hope this spreadsheet reads well. 

I already know I am going to drop my Vitamin K...just not sure how…maybe to once or twice a week?.  Also, even though my iron/ferritin results are 'in range' they seem low to me....although they have come up from the 3-mth labs.  Not sure if I need to worry here.  Please give advice on any other of the levels listed.

Also, I am using the Vitalady lab spreadsheet, of which, I have not gotten labs on everything she has listed.  I have 'X' marked areas that I want tested & will tell my Dr when I see him on Thursday.  Do you get all of the tests suggested by Vitalady...or are some more relevant than others?  Thanks for your help!

I've felt irritable and cranky all day.....work, home, food, hunger, feeling fat etc. Probably just because I'm still a little sick. Tomorrow will be a better day.
Need to add back another shake or protein coffee to boost my protein,

B: bacon, protein shake
L: chicken salad , about 1/4 c fresh fruit salad
S: pumpkin bread (I know......)
D: leftover LC chicken chow mien

Good evening,

B: yogurt and blueberries

L: 3 breakfast sausages and 2 eggs and 1 slice of ww toast

S: ice cream, cheezies and diet pop

D: shrimp and pasta and broccoli
