I want to cry!!! I ate my pork rines and cracked my tooth I just had a root canal on

OMG when I see my dentist will they be able to place the post and save the remainder of the tooth or will I be toothless!!!

This happened to me.  I had the temporary bit down on something and had a hairline crack.  The dentist couldn't save it.  I hope you have better luck!

That is what I am afraid of.  The front part of my tooth is gone.  The only thing left is the rim around the front and the back of the tooth.  I was hoping there would be enough for a crown to hang on to but I know nothing about dentistry.

OMGoodness I did the same thing right after surgery it was a front canine! Broke it right off at the gum line!

What did they do?

well you won't be toothless. There are many options I am sure including an implant. Maybe we will be heading to YUMA after all. LOL

It one of my side teeth that can be seen so is it more like your front tooth I think they called it number four

That happened to me much further along and they decided it was failure of the crown (actually an implant but same material) and didn't charge me. Maybe you can get them to do the same thing?
