Wonderful!  It's HOT here.  DH went out and played golf. He shot an 80 which is his best in recent years. I was texting him the leaderboard for the British Open the whole time. lol

Yes, I really suffered with trips to the bathroom last night - could be coz I took too much magnesium - I took the wrong batch and accidentally doubled up on magnesium, had quite a few cherries or it could be sucralose/acesulfame K water I had, or all of them together - either way I've behaved quite well today with the memory of last still haunting me.

I hope the memory lasts, but no doubt I'll be back on tha****er soon.  I never have much - a small glass or 2 and I've been fine in the past, which is the rationalization I always use... argh I'm so stubborn!! :-S

Did I say I got the DS instead of brain surgery - sadly still need brain surgery though!! ;-)

I know what you mean. Maybe the surgeons could be encouraged to give a two for one...DS + brain surgery.  ; )

howdy.  had a wonderful family reunion.  did pretty good eating too.  lots of protein choices and a cookie or two along the way.

double protein coffee

sausage patty/cheese omelet thing from hotel breakfast bar

double protein coffee

sunflower seeds

insides of an italian hoagie (no roll)

double protein iced coffee

cheese stick w/mustard

1/2 cookie  (seriously- saving the other 1/2 for tonight)

dinner: hubs is firing up the grill - blue cheese burgers

1/2 ear -  grilled corn

night cap:  double protein iced coffee

greek yogurt w/honey

vites:  late afternoon & bedtime batch to take

fluids:  100+ by bedtime

I thought I might start posting here. I keep my food diary on my phone so I thought, why not post it here. I'm still in wt loss mode. But am fine where I'm at so I guess as long as I don't gain...

I really haven't done very well today. I get busy and don't eat right. AND I'm out of protein and waiting for my order to get here so I'm not getting enough protein in right now.

It's 6 pm here so this is not enough yet.

Pot of coffee throughout the day w 12 Tbsp purity heavy cream (supposedly this brand has no carbs) and 9 splenda

B1 2 pieces of bacon
B2 3 pieces of bacon
S 1 oz of saltes peanuts (snacking on all morning)

Not real sure about the rest of the day but I have pretty close to my 50 carbs still left to spend and I do like having that much to wrk with for my last meal or 2. I'm thinking about trying some bacon bombs I saw on fb.

Vites: almost done but waiting on my order to come in I just ran out of my calcium the other day so I didn't get that today.

Water: um, haven't started yet but I will get that in before bed.

Exercise: none.

Actually, maybe I don't need to post until I get my order in and can do better

Really I've done better. I just haven't got it together today. This is terrible! I'm not a good example for anyone today. Sorry...

It's good to start setting in a habit though. I hope you'll continue to post. Take a breath and start again tomorrow. No problem with waiting on vites and protein. I certainly understand that.
