Bicycle Ride 3 Months Post Op

I road my bicycle this morning, 29 miles averaging about 13mph, not a land speed record but for me an improvement both in speed and distance. I'm working up to a 50 mile ride in about a month, much farther than I thought possible this spring before surgery!!!
