Hello,

Had surgery over 4 years ago, have not been here in a while. Just wanted to pass on that everythin is perfect from the surgery. I have my vitamins and well, just enjoying life.

DS is amazing.

I remember those skinny people eating all the junk food and not gaining while I had a salad and gained, lol, well, now I feel like one of those skinny people. :)

I really eat whatever I want, just a little less because my stomach is smaller.

I hope you are all doing wonderful. Thank you all for the advice and being there for me when I was applying for this and the awful 6 months after. Those that about to have the surgery, yes, 6 months after are awful, then, it slowly gets better and better and then, you look back and smile, and say, god, I love life.

Thank you. I'm glad to hear you're doing so well. Your post couldn't have come at a better time for me. I am just about 12 weeks out, and some days I think I'm doing so good, then, BAM, a day like today hits, and I just feel awful and I am nauseated and I just have no appetite at all. I feel like crying.

So, thanks for the heads-up on the 6 months.

it will be ok, just keep trying and be patient as your body adjusts :) keep at it, you did a wonderful thing, but it is a shock to the body and it needs to get used to the changes.
