I am gonna post this....but it might change!  One thing is for sure.....my DH & I are going 'out on the town' tonight in Atlantic City for dinner to one of the best steak houses...Old Homestead at the Borgata.  I already know what I am going to eat...and I even included 1/2 of a cheesecake.  My carbs may be little higher today, but I'm OK with that.  I'll drop them down over the weekend.  Have a GREAT weekend everyone!

Had labs this afternoon to check for anemia.

Ugh! I'm sorry about your cold. I got terrible colds 2 years back to back when I went up to our time share in Aug. Keeping my fingers crossed about this year. 

Were you having iron issues the last 2 lab sets?  Could this be a remnant of the plastics? I know Michelle says we have an awful time recovering from blood loss. I hope you'll post your results. Good luck!

Good evening,

Bites:

B: oatmeal with almond milk ( could not do a protein shake)

L: soft taco and 5 mexifries and a smoothy

D: cup of chicken noodle soup with a couple crackers

My stomach is still super sore today from the attach on Tues. night and I am taking tylenal to help ease the discomfort.

Vites: all in

Exercites: told to relax and do nothing, no lifting, no housework, so easy weekend for me

I just wish I felt better. My tummy insides are so sore under my mesh.

Anyway have a great weekend all.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

It has been awhile since I have posted here. I have been so stressed and eating crazy. 

B-shake

B2- yogurt

L-shake

L2- half piece of flax pita bread with red pepper hummus spread on it

D-cheesy chicken Doritos casserole 3 ounces

D2- cheesy chicken Doritos casserole. 3 ounces

Snack- half banana with peanutbutter, tbsp of Nestle's semi-sweet dark chocolate morsels

late night- shake

Guessing all my water got in! All my protein in through shakes! All Vits in!
