Hi everyone,

My tummy is feeling a little better today but not totally.

B: almonds

S: protein shake

L: small bowl chili ( big mistake, upset tummy all afternoon)

D: 2 eggs and 3 sausages and one small piece of pizza

S: tbd- will see how I feel in a while

Vites: just bedtime yet

Excercites: nothing, but thinking about it, I hope that counts.

I looked up dumping syndrome and it was not what I had, I am not sure what I had, next time to the hospital though.

Thanks for the support.

Susan

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Give the system a rest. No gluten / wheat. See what happens.  Start a probiotic if you aren't on one already.

More protein, less rice. Which column of numbers is protein and which is carbs?  For this first year, try to go low carb to get as much weight off as you can.

2nd column is carbs,  4th is protein... Honstly I did not eat that amount of rice, maybe about 6 tbs but I could not code it any other way in fitness pal.

Ok, I see. I would still hold off on all grains and fruits until goal. Start trying to retrain your habits now while your restriction is still really good.
