Breakfast: Honey Nut Cheerios and 8 ounces of milk

Snack: An 8 ounce hunk of Bellavitano Raspberry cheese and butter crackers plus a Coke Zero

Lunch: Probably a salad with chicken, bleu cheese and bacon 

Snack: honey roasted peanuts

Dinner: smoked sausage and mashed potatoes with a Coke Zero

Snack: probably an ice cream sandwich

I had the kick-butt duodenal switch (DS)!

HW: 344 lbs      CW: 150 lbs

Type 2 diabetes and sleep apnea GONE!

What is this?

I gained approximately 18 to 20 and am back watching my carbs and am back down to 161 and more to drop.  I am getting tired of the same old and have been trying to recipes if you could forward I would appreciate it.

The grilled peach half yesterday was DELICIOUS!!  It only had 6g of carbs & it was very satisfying!  Anyhoo...so happy that even in this heat & humidity I got in a great walk at lunch today!

Another CRAZY day at work... ugh!

Bites:

B - coffee/cream; 1 cup full fat cottage cheese; blackberries and slivered almonds

S - mixed nuts

L - butter lettuce with veggies and salsa dressing; 4 oz balsamic vinegar chicken

S - turkey jerky

D - TBD - 4 oz meat with a veggie side
