I so hope you feel better.  I am bad when it comes to carbs but the thing that upsets my stomach is baby back ribs and chuck roast........  OMG and like an idiot I fight vomiting and afterwards I feel so much better.

Take control! You can do this. Keep lists or something... I'm not sure when your tummy rebelled but I can see a few things that might trigger it. Sitting all day doesn't help. I hope you can find something where you can move around throughout the day.

Hi Gina, It passed around 4am and it was one of the worse nights. My hubby said it has been over a year since I had an attack, I am starting my tracking today. Thanks for the support everyone. It helped during the night.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
