Got pulled into a no notice meeting this morning that went on for ages so only got in 3 shakes today - oh well I'm sure I'll be fine.

This beautiful heat we're having really does have in a good mind set (ie happy) apart from when it comes to exercising!!  Having lost my excess weight I'm quite enjoying not getting sticky in this heatwave and why would I want to mess that up by exercising - oops, wrong attitude!! :-S

L Cottage pie w extra cheese (scraped off nearly all the sweet potato today) 30
S Protein shake 30
D Chicken salad 30

Protein: 150

V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) night time iron pending

Have you ever tried grillin' peaches?  My DH brought home about a dozen peaches the other day...forgetting I really don't eat fruit anymore.  Oh well...I hope to drown them in heavy cream to make them as DS friendly as possible!

Hi Gina, I wish I could throw up my tummy is hurting bad, this has got to be what they call the dumping syndrome, I have had it about 3 times since my surgery and it hurts like heck and lasts for hours.

I am unsure what upset me but my eating will show that it was not the greatest, but to suffer like this is not fair.

Bites:

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries (totally starting to not go down)

B2: protein bar (quest) - not my favorite

L: turkey and bacon sandwich on brown bread

S:banana and an apple

D: 1 hamburger with bun and one burger no bun, with beans ( over ate)

S: bag of popcorn, and diet pepsi and then a couple pieces of watermelon

VItes: most are in, but I have started to forget to take them all, yesterday and today (some morning ones - then I seem to be taking lunch at dinner time and catch up all evening.

Excerites: nothing today - sitting a lot at this new job this week, glad I am done on Friday - not my best week, they have nothing for me to do, so I have read a book and been on google.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
