Have a great trip!

Whenever my morning routine is altered, I try to get up early, eat and do some walking to coax a poop out early, so I don't have to worry about it later. Hope that helps!

Corbin, Have a wonderful time on your vacation! I had my surgery in March and just got back from a 2 week trip to Alaska. I was so worried about the trip because there were so many dynamics involved and I worried about all the issues we newbies seem to have- bowel habits, eating well,, dehydration- etc. My biggest issue was trying to stay hydrated. I did not get enough water in so drag tha****er bottle every where with you and just keep on sipping. I still have a hard time being able to tell if I am really full or not because every day the amount I eat seems to change so there were times I had to leave the dinner table in a restaurant. We had traveled with several other couples so I would get distracted. I was to busy talking ,ate to much( all it takes is one bite) and had to leave the table for the bathroom.

Those were my issues! On the plus side I did manage to lose almost 10lbs while I was gone. So go and have fun!!! All will be well.
