Thanks!!!  Virgin DSers tend to lose faster than us revisioners.  Maximize that restriction you have in the first 6 months!  After that, you'll notice you will start to be able to eat more!  You're doing great!!!!

Thank you for sharing your journey. You are doing marvelously! I am a band to DS revision and I hear ya on the ultra low calorie, lowfat diet! The DS diet is much better tasting and more satisfying. Isn't it exciting to have another chance at this
