Flagyl=magic!

Jarro can be purchased in a regular store. It is shelf stable.

The 5 day max care product was purchased at my local Whole Foods type of store. It's called New Leaf. This probiotics (and most probiotics worth anything) have to be kept refrigerated or the live cultures die.

I'm still amazed at how well this stuff works. This morning, I didn't have my usual urgent run to the bathroom. I have just one normal type BM. Gas is way down. And this is after eating some crackers and half a sugar cookie. I wish I had looked into this sooner.

Overuse of Flagyl can become a problem down the line. Especially if you take it often, it can become ineffective if your problem is C-Diff, which is the usual reason for taking Flagyl for diarrhea and gas.

If it is C-Diff and responds to Flagyl, take it for a long course, like 21 days. The you can be sure it's done it's job. A short course is what may lead it to be ineffective later. Then there are few drugs that will treat C-Diff.

I don't think you can take too many probiotics. so load up if it helps.
