You can get your labs back up but it will take time and taking the vits.

Thank you. I know, it's been a while. I think I'll be checking in a little more. I have more time in the summer when I'm not working. It's hard to find the time during the school year...

I just ordered all my vites yesterday so I'll be back on track again soon.
