I like the running after your grandbabies exercites!! :-)

So I have to start reading a Paleo book to remember to eat stir fry.  I needed to find a new way to eat chicken and I found it thank God!! ;-)

Today is the hottest day of the year so far - I sat in the garden for a while but went back in coz it was too hot.

I love stir fry!  Nothing better than a stir fry of chicken, beef or pork and bok chow.

Hi Gina,
I'm back from vacation. Unbelievably fantastic time!! The food was wonderful and I didn't get sick once.
Now I'm trying to reset my mind back to reality and work
DH has gained 15# bit i ididn't gain anything but would like to lose about 10.
Other than low carb I don't quite know what to do and I get sooooo hungry.
Suggestions appreciated.

Welcome back!  

Low carb with salads and raw crispy veggies?  You have a challenge with the job and no breaks and now way to store cold stuff at work.  That's a tough one. If you stuffed your pockets with all the foodie stuff you could have during the day, you'd look like Captain Kangaroo.

LOL. I'm already the bag lady as I carry all my "stuff" between buildings and clinics. Now I'll just add the food.

Also trying to think of new things that are low carb to eat. I generally can eat some salad but no raw veggies like carrots, celery or cucumbers.

It's tough but I need to get it figured out or retire.

weird day.  had to work.  so busy forgot to eat.  felt yucky from not eating. computer went on the fritz.  ahhh, life.
