Happy birthday...now get back to work! Yep, birthday (the big 36) was yesterday and I return to work today. Yikes.

Bites (weight loss mode):
B - iced protein coffee (36g)
S - cheese (6g)
L - cream cheese pancakes (made them last night for the first time. Yum!) (??g)
S - more cheese if I'm not still full from lunch (6g)
D - maybe pizza bites (12g for 2)

Vites:
I have my phone alarm set to get them all in.

Excites:
God willing, a full day of work.

I've been having to take my nausea medicine every couple of days, so I have not been eating enough. I'm hoping that being more active today will help things settle better. We'll see.

Hey Huneypie....Happy Hump Day!

Anywho...walking at lunch is great!  Much better then trying to get up at 4 am to jump around my living room.  Plus, I get outside to clear my head from work 'crap'.

It's my 10 year wedding anniversary so I'm off out to dinner with DH tonight - yay!! :-D

I also finally added my surgery date as it's annoying that you can't see siggies on mobiles and if you enter the date properly in your profile you can.

Happy Wednesday y'all!

I am two months out today and am trying to get all my protein in by snacking throughout the day since I can not tolerate shakes.

B: Trader Joe's apricot/mango greek yogurt. 11g

S 1oz Trader Joe's beef jerky and serving macademia nuts. 11g

B Lunch at work--assorted sandwiches--ate about 4oz all together of assorted meats--20g

S 2oz Trader Joe's teriyaki beef jerkey. 22g

S 2 servings macademia nuts. 0g

D plan on cheeseburger. 20g (still to eat)

S plan on 1oz beef jerkey. 11g

 

64g protein as of 5:20pm...plan on 95g total with dinner and snack 

5 cups liquid (1 diet soda, 1 diet snapple tea, 2 cups broth, 1cup coffee) as of 5:20pm plan on 8cups by this evening.  Have a difficult time with liquids!

Thanks so much for the encouragement!!  I'm trying to get in the 'groove'.

And thanks for all of your wonderful support and advice on this board.  Since I'm a newbie, I've been going through past posts and am on 'page' 577.  I can not thank you and other wonderful vets enough for all of the vital advice and suggestions! 

Makes SUCH a difference for someone just starting out.
