Hello!  Carbs are tracking to be a little high today...I'll see if I can knock 'em down a bit.  Also, the weather is lousy here today...storms blowing through!  Do not know if I'll be able to walk at lunch today.  Maybe I'll go shopping.....

*Oops - I responded to Roz first and recycled badly, sorry :-(

I have a poorly eye at the mo.  I see the optician on Friday and will find out if it's a tear from my lenses, infection, allergy or what.  I've worn lenses for 20 years and never had anything like this before so I'm in glasses 'til I get the green light from the optician.  My eye's red and painful and my eyeball feels swollen... who ever knew that an eyeball could feel swollen.
