Plan 

lunch left overs from Outback, grilled porkchop 1/2 and steamed green beans and broccoli 1/2 c total. 

ice tea (more water) 40 oz 

Dinner salad with protein probably HB eggs / cheese / canned tuna

Snacks: 1/2  strawberries with 1 c greek yogurt 

may also  munch on celery, cucumber, red bell pepper and  carrots sticks and raw calif with greek yogurt herb / onion dip. (home made) 

 

I am trying to plan.  Not easy for me.  Used to grab and go or drive through and go. Changing my ways. angry

This heat and seeing your CarbSmart ice cream got me looking at ice cream makers.  Trust me to find a nice protein ice cream just as they discontinued it (actually I found it coz they discontinued it as they sent some to my office - I bet it would've been a success if people had heard of it).

They used to have a lot of low carb options here too. I wish the low carb craze would come back around again.

Could you share with me what kind of protein coffee you have?

Protein Coffee
brew a pot of your favorite coffee - we like chocolate raspberry (you can also brew chai tea and use in place of coffee)

In a 20 oz blender bottle with wire ball, add 2 oz of heavy whipping cream and 2 oz of cool water, or 4 oz of half & half, a packet of Truvia or Splenda, a couple of dashes of cinnamon, and a heaping scoop of Syntrax Nectar vanilla protein powder.
Shake about 5 seconds to blend
Pour the protein slurry into a huge mug and fill to the top with coffee
Sir to blend and enjoy! 

If you are watching your fat grams, substitute unsweetened soy or skim milk.

Always add hot liquid to cold protein slurry to keep the protein from clumping. 

Always check the ingredients of a protein powder before you buy it to ensure the first ingredient listed is whey protein isolate. Don't trust the splashy label on the front.
