Exercites: swimming and running after kids for the day.
I take them to swimming lessons in the morning at two different pools so we travel between and then we went to a game place for a while the family swimming. Brought them home and had to go back to the city to pick up my adult son that is staying with us at the moment. So came home and I have finally sat down and thought I would check in
Whew! You're going to need a vacation after your vacation. Don't let them take advantage of you. You have to take care of you first, them second.
