Looking good! As long as your protein is up you're fine. You don't want to stretch your sleeve out too fast.

i never saw this flavor of jell-o sugar free before, but there it was on the shelf at the acme, chocolate fudge.  it did not disappoint either.

Exercites: swimming and running after kids for the day.

I take them to swimming lessons in the morning at two different pools so we travel between and then we went to a game place for a while the family swimming. Brought them home and had to go back to the city to pick up my adult son that is staying with us at the moment. So came home and I have finally sat down and thought I would check in

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
