handful of junior mints
garden salad: lettuce, carrots, beets, celery, cabbage, bacon, croutons, blue cheese crumbles, black olives, roasted red peppers, ah heck, everything but the kitchen sink was in this salad. yummers!
some ground beef recipe found on pinterest. beef/vinegar, mustard, onion.
greek yogurt w/pineapple
small pc of coffee cake 2x3
planned: nightcap - double protein iced coffee
vites: bedtime batch pending
fluids: so stinkin' hot here - over 120 oz
exercites: none...............................too hot
