same thing has happened to me, and I sent a message to the tech people and they haven't got back to me. If you figure it out let me know because I worked on it for 2 days and nothing helped

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.

Hi, I haven't seen this but you might try this. Either of you delete your temporary internet files and maybe your "cookies" if deleting the temp files doesn't work. For IE you go to tools and then internet options. The delete option is on the first page. Once you click on delete you get to select what types of files you want to delete. Good luck.
