Yes I know what you mean about having to work this DS - as a pre-op I was sure I was gonna be one of those people who lost effortlessly!! Oh well back to reality!! ;-)
Thanks for coaching me yet again - I do love to learn from vets (even if I may do it very slowly). I got in 3 protein shakes for a total of 105g protein with that alone. I'm not sure if I'll manage to get a 4th one in - maybe on a work day I will, but I space my protein out so I only have 35g protein once every 2 hours - I get horrible gas otherwise.
