Happy holiday!!

Well I've finally cracked and will be adding fruit back in.  I had a pastry this morning and have felt bloated and look pregnant!!  I'll do fruit in the AM only after first getting in a protein shake.  I used to do that in my food combining days so hope I do OK with this as I really need some variety (OK I know it won't be real food combining but I'm hoping the shake will go through fast enough for this to be OK).

It's my surgiversary later this month so I guess I did pretty well to last this long.

V All in (inc 6 batches of calcium) nightime iron pending, skipping strontium until I know more about the cardiac risk

How do you know what you are going to eat this early?

I am planning a lot more and make things a head so I can have options but looking at your post so early maybe I am not planning enough?

I am making ribs for the 4th every one is getting together around 4 to 5 eating as a family and then going to view the fireworks as a group...........  now that has been a planned event for years so perhaps I need to plan more as to what goes into my mouth

I am off today and with my diet intake changing my BM's are not planned.  So today after one I decided I needed more fat and beside my shake this morning I ate avocado hoping it will make my BM's a pit less pasty.......... sorry for the TMI.

Any way do you plan for the week and know exactly what you are eating?

I plan generally for the week. Since I needed to send hubby to the grocery store first thing this morning, I'm a little more organized than usual.

Bites

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

B : 1/2 slice whole wheat toast with jam/ at swimming pool

L: watermelon, cracker, garlic, cucumber

D: Hawaiian salad

Vites: dinner and bedtime yet

Excerites: tons of running around, hanging in a paddling pool

 

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
