Curb your sweet tooth with DS friendly Peanut Butter Cookies

Donna, any sweetener will work. I use honey cause dh (who is also a DS'er) does not do splenda or any other artificial sweetener. And honey was the one "sugar" that did not seriously affect my blood glucose. If I were making these for just me, I would have used splenda.
