You did great! I don't know nutritional values for peanut butter cookies but they must have some protein...you would think.

Good evening,
Not a good eating day today. Lots of cheats
Bites:
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
B: 1/2 slice whole wheat bread with jam
L: big mac and 1/2 a coke (Mcdonalds) great grandma treated everyone today
S: yogurt and small bag of chips
S: blueberries
D: 2 hotdogs with bread
S: ice cream cone
and that is it.
Cites: ran around all day and biked to the park, took the kids to family swim for 2 hours this afternoon and was in the water with them,
Vites: on my way to take the last batch of the day.
Tomorrow looks better I have some sausage already ready to go for our picnic after swimming lessons.
