Hmm... looks kinda a similar to yesterday he he!!  Hopefully I'll get to have some exciting bites on the weekend - maybe Chinese which I haven't had for a little while now.

I haven't tracked anything today....actually I haven't eaten anything today, except bacon, vitamins and water. I had four pieces in an effort to loosen up my bowels with the fat.

Is more fat going to help with constipation? I still have some pains and although I have a small movement each day, my doc said it could be constipation. Sorry to hijack this post

The fat should help some and staying hydrated is a good idea too. Are you taking anything like Myralax?

No I haven't taken anything because I still have one soft BM each morning. Not a big one though. I guess I'm not convinced that it's constipation and not just still pain from surgery. But it's a pretty bad pain. Guess I'll start Myralax. I bet it will get better as I stop the Lortab. I'm just not ready to stop that yet. Ouch! Thanks for the quick response!

And the bacon was gooooood. I've been on turkey bacon since I was a chubby kid. Wow! Real bacon is nom nom nommy.

The bacon (and/or a few slices of pepperoni) worked. Boy did it work! I'm down a full pound today. But I'll keep some Miralax on hand too. Thanks again!

s-peanut butter about a teaspoon

d-to be determined but it better be steak because im in the negative with protein...

yup folks... thats it!!! PROBABLY MY MAIN REASON FOR GAINING 2 LBS THIS WEEK... MY FEET AND ANKLES ARE SWOLLEN... BUT IDK WHY...
