Is more fat going to help with constipation? I still have some pains and although I have a small movement each day, my doc said it could be constipation. Sorry to hijack this post
The fat should help some and staying hydrated is a good idea too. Are you taking anything like Myralax?

And the bacon was gooooood. I've been on turkey bacon since I was a chubby kid. Wow! Real bacon is nom nom nommy.
