Food mistakes?
Eggs! Very disappointing, because I assumed they would be a quick and easy source of protein. Yes, they land with a thud and just sit there, like a brick. Also, I still have trouble with bread. I have tried wheat and rye, both toasted. The rye seems to be more tolerable. It doesn't feel like a gluten intolerance, just very heavy in my belly. And I can tolerate other starches, such as saltines and pretzels.
Milk =( I tried it last night and I didn't run to the bathroom after so that's a good sign in the right direction!
Hot dogs one bite hurt me for hours... im okay with that now...
Eggs, hard boiled are still too dense for me, scrambled and fried are just fine but i can only eat one
But honestly you really have to try things to see what may or may not affect you. unfortunately someone else's "mistake" may not be your because YMMV is a very true statement.
Nothing food related bothered me. I just had to learn to eat slowly and then take a 2 min break and then take a sip of my drink.
There were some foods that didn't taste good to me like chicken which I loved prior.
BUT, the good news is... keep trying whatever you use to love... eventually I loved all the same stuff.
I can eat and drink at the same time now and eat quickly... no problems.
Just keep trying and you will be back to normal as soon as you are ready.
