LOL!  The beach in the background is the Atlantic City Boardwalk beach. I wish I was still there!!!

Thanks for your post. You really do look great.  Congratulations on your loss. I had surgery (sleeve) June 3, 2013, so tomorrow is my 1 month anniversary. LOL.. When I went for my first doctors visit I had lost 15 lbs in 9 days. I told them I would be wearing the same clothes when I go back for my next visit. I don't weigh myself,  I just wait until I go to the doctor, so I can be excited about my accomplishments. Actually, I can't wait until I just feel good about myself, better about myself. I have had no pain, except the day of the surgery (gas pains). That was it. I have so much energy and there are so many things I want to do but I am following my doctor's orders. The only thing I wished I could have and am truly missing right now is watermelon. I can't wait to have some. Thanks you for posting  "8 month Post Op update (pics) and Encouragement". Very Encouraging.
