Good evening, hope you had a good day Gina.

Bites:

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

L: feta and spinach sausage

S: ham and cheese, no crackers

D: garlic and cheese and a couple pickles

Vites: all in for the day

Exercites: running after kids and swimming lessons, etc.

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
