Thank you!  People keep wanting to feed me and buy me drinks.  Yikes!

Is does help to switch things up every now and then, even for those of us who like a routine.

Hello everyone!!  I am not new to the board, but have not posted here before.  I would like to start now!!  I just hit my 6-month post-op mark & am doing pretty good, but lately things have REALLY sloooowwweeeddd down & I am getting a wee bit frustrated.  Just recently...like in the last week, I have tried to eat like a true "DSer'...and have really increased my fat & protein to see if I can get things going again.  I only lost 3 lbs last month & only 1-2 lbs so far this month...with 17 days to go!  I keep bouncing around 160-161 lbs.  If you see anything in my daily posts, please let me know.  I wonder if I am eating too much.  It is still such a mind-twist & really scary to eat so much fat & calories to 'lose' weight.

I hope this comes through OK as it is a copy/past from excel.

What you're doing looks perfect to me. How much more do you want to lose?  I know it took me several months to lose the last 15 pounds. You just don't have as much to lose so it seems slow, I guess. Hang tough!

Edit:  Oh, I see. About 30 more to go. I think your Bites are great today. What exercise are you doing on a routine basis?

I am looking to lose another 30 lbs at least.  I would like to 'bake-in' 5-10 lbs for bounce back weight.  I have to admit to not really doing much exercising....so that will hopefully be my 'secret weapon' to get me where I want to be.  Starting tomorrow, I am doing some low-impact aerobics in the morning before work.  I'd like to eventually get up to 3 days of aerobics & 2-3 days of light weight training.  I'll post my daily 'exercites' too!

BTW...Happy Birthday!!  Enjoy your dinner out!

Excellent. All I ever did, and still do, is walk. I do several laps around my building several times a day. I guess it helps keep the metabolism boosted.

Thanks for the birthday wishes.  : )

Me again, I am an accountant....so I track everything...so please bare with me as I still 'count' calories...some habits are hard to break.  Also, I am 100% faithful with my vits...even though my previous post only shows I have taken the morning & afternoon batches.  I get them in everyday without fail & I am on Vitalady's DS prepackaged plan.  I am getting my 6-month labs drawn next week & will be able to compare to my 3-month ones.  I was low in Vit-A at 3-months & had upped my daily amount from 100,000 IU to 150,000 IU per day....hopefully they will be up at my next draw.

Also...any item without that funny symbol in front...I have not eaten yet..The copy/paste from excel is not carrying the 'symbol' for a check-mark over correctly.

Done now...thanks for reading!
