2nd B - egg and bacon
S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
L - Going to a get together with DSr friends. Lord knows what trouble we will get into.  I'm taking shrimp ****tail. laugh
D - edamame and peanuts

Yum - I do enjoy a shrimp ****tail in the summer.  At least dinner should be something approaching sensible if they're DSers or worst case have lots of fat to help 'sneak' through the offending item.

It's been the hottest day in the UK so far this year and a perfect one for a BBQ.  I also went for a long walk with DH after lunch.

Bites:

B: protein shake with 2 strawberries

L: piece of chicken thigh

S: 2 mini cupcakes and 2 cookies ( homemade by grandkids)

D: chicken ceaser salad

S: protein shake

Vites: all in

Exercites: biking, walking, freebie, badminton, etc

I am know off to bed, what a great day

Nov. 14/2005 I have reached the 10 year mark and I am very glad I had this surgery and can live a normal life.
