Vit all I have left is my bed time and it is 751 in AZ
Did good for my first day without heavy carbs being prepared helped. I actually found a bitty frig the size of a 6 pack I can keep under my desk at work can not wait until it arrives.

Good evening
Bites:
B: protein shake with 2 strawberries
B2: one egg omelet with ham, mushrooms and cheese
L: bolonie sandwich on Ezekiel bread, I didn't like the bread
S: muffin and a bit of fruit
D: 4 mcnuggets then feta, spinach sausages (2)
Vites: all in for the day
Excites: to much to mention, it has been busy
It is very hot here and the kids are restless, it is Canada Day here, and we went to the parade and it was pretty cool. We have even taken in fireworks. but swim lessons begin in the morning, so lets hope they have a good sleep in this heat.
