S - Fage Greek yogurt w/blueberries and slivered almonds and a protein coffee (30g)
S - peanuts
L - protein shake (30g)
​S - popcorn
S - JayRobb bar
D - huge tossed salad with shrimp, chopped veggies and a boiled egg with a dressing of mayo and ****tail sauce and extra horseradish...YUM!

VITES:
morning batch: done
4 calcium batches: done
iron: done
evening batch: starting soon

Doh!  It's Monday again - how'd that happen again already!! :-S  I got woken by the alarm this morning at 05:30.  I'm usually up before the alarm goes off and I switch it off to not wake DH but not today!! ;-)

Oh, I promised myself that once in a while I would participate in this, to let newbies know what the DS is like for me.

Breakfast:

Two pieces of leftover double-cheese pizza (I am a Chicagoan--it's a way of life)

vites: 2 calcium, 1 Vit D

Lunch:

HUGE salad with tons of cheese, bacon, chicken and dressing

Tamale

Diet Coke

vites: 2 calcium, 1Vit D

Dinner:

Probably a hot dog with bun and veggies and potato chips 

Snack: Probably cheese and crackers

My pre-op weight was 344 and I weigh about 157 today. Maintaining has been pretty simple. I do weigh myself daily, just to keep an eye on things.

Been sick with a virus recently trying to get back on track with protein, fluids, and vites
Bites-
B: Fage total w 3 strawberries and almonds (18 g)
L: Atkins beef Merlot (16 g)
D: Turkey tenderloin wrapped in bacon
Going to try to get in a 25 g protein shot too
Fluids- 46 oz so far
Vites- behind

I'm on vacation countdown!
Work crazy as usual
Got home too late and it's actually too cool to go out in the pool

B: bacon, protein shake
S: protein coffee
L: left over chick fajita meat with sour cream
D: few bites grilled pork ( stomach "off" tonight)

V: don't know if I'll get the last batch in....stomach issues
